About Notes on Being Alive
This started as a habit.
For a while, I’ve been sending a short message to close friends on Fridays. Just a few words to mark the end of the week, offer perspective, or remind us we’re still here inside everything else.
Over time, people began saying things like, “I needed that.”
So, I decided to widen the circle.
This journal is an extension of that ritual: short notes about modern life and the quiet work of being alive.
Wednesdays are for longer reflections, essays where I follow a question all the way down.
Fridays are shorter notes. A pause. A breath. Something to help you ease into the weekend with a little more perspective.
If that sounds like your speed, you’re welcome here.
